First time customer, usually went to LHM for my new vehicles. The service was great. Francisco made the process easy and enjoyable. Dustin in finance was very helpful and kind. BUT!! The delivery of my new truck was the WORST part of my experience there. Waiting over an hour after all the signing, I believe is unacceptable. Just had a great experience at Bill Luke on Camelback...with Austin, Matt, Dustin and Phil. Austin guided us through the inventory, and our selection of an Audi ETron (love it!) and then the buying process. He made it as smooth and quick as possible! Lastly Phil helped me adapt to a new vehicle, new interior, set up, etc. Kudos to Phil as well. The energy in the store is strong and friendly - great customer focus. Thanks Bill Luke and team.

I just bought a new truck From Jamie and Ruben Guerrero at Bill Luke. They made it an excellent experience and so worth the drive. The best deal, which I shopped nationwide. An offer on my trade-in I didn’t have to counter. That’s unheard of in my decades of car buying. I drove 10 hours, the deal was exactly as Ruben agreed to. NO GOTCHA’s, just straight forward, in and out with the a great deal on a new Ram. By far one of the best car buying experiences with the least haggle I’ve ever had.
