I came in a week ago, they honestly gave me a good value for my trade in. The vehicle we purchased was very nice too. Our salesman was very nice and answered all our questions appropriately. The only reason I’m giving this a three stars is because the finance manager was a very pushy about us getting an extended warranty. 6,000 for a warranty seemed like a joke. I could tell he was upset and frustrated when I told him multiple times that we didn’t want an extended warranty. Later on I did my research and an ESP warranty from Ford is only 2,500 bucks. What a rip off when dealerships try to abuse people like that with extended warranties.

Amber Bonner was an incredible help even though it was not her sale. She made sure the vehicle was serviced and detailed and got us taken care of in good time. We are very grateful and recommend her as a salesperson if you are shopping there.

Bill Luke Dealership - TEMPE, ARIZONA. Happy Father's Day!!! At least it is for my husband, Jeff. Don't know what happened to an earlier review that I posted about this Dealership, but they ROCK! I've been married 35 years. My husband was looking for something (other than our Porsche) that is congruent with the changes in our lives at 65 years of age, retired (but still very active) and caring for his mother. I found the perfect vehicle at the Tempe Dealership for Bill Luke. I wanted something SUPER SPECIAL for his Father's Day this year. After a month of searching, the perfect vehicle (Dodge 2025 Durango with all the bells & whistles) surfaced. There were some logistical issues to work out with timing of the negotiation and execution of purchase agreement arising due to the vehicle being transferred to the Arizona Dealership. But, THANKS to the management team at the Tempe Dealership and Mr. Morehouse jumping in to save the day, everything worked out GREAT! The vehicle was shipped to California for a surprise Father's Day. You should have seen the look on my husband's face (who really only uses 5 words for my 50 words) when he pulled into the church parking lot (unbeknownst to him) to address the presence of an unidentified vehicle in the parking lot. WOW!!! We already own 10 vehicles (Porsche, Corvette, Studebakers + Daily Drivers). NEVER have I experienced the level of commitment and dedication to customer service. The TEMPE ARIZONA team ROCKS! I've bought a Rebel and now a Limited 1500. I could not be happier with my purchases. Despite living 400 miles away, I will continue to return and consistently recommend them to my friends and family. You really can't go wrong with Bill Luke. They have a superb selection of vehicles with great prices. The buying process is clear, and they listen to their customers. There was a small wrinkle when I took delivery, but not big enough to remove a star. Daniel listened and then made things right. I want to thank everyone at Bill Luke for their service.

Went there to buy a truck, and left there with a truck. Not a lot of haggling, only one trip back and forth. Price was good, rate was great.
