Our financial position had changed dramatically since we last purchased two new cars from Bill Luke; we lost our business, had to file bankruptcy, etc., so I was relunctant to return. After ALMOST purchasing a used car at Bell Honda (imagine every awful stereotype out there about used-car-salesmen and you'll come close to the experience we had there); we returned to Bill Luke, now in the market for an inexpensie used car. Was given many different options to choose from with regards to financeing and was given excellent prices for other options that i chose to have in my financeing. I have had in for service and each time truck was done as promised. When i took it back because of a recurring problem they litterally went out of their way to get it fixed right. The buying experience was far less stressful than any other car purchase I have ever made. ( I've made lots!) So pleasant I went back two weeks later and purchased another for the wife. We bought Jeep Patriots. The dealership is very organized, and the service area is so clean you can eat off of the floor. I had brought a car there for bodywork after an accident 3 years ago, and recalled being impressed!
