COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Mitigation Plan

To All our Loyal Customers,

Given the recent developments in the world and our country, we want to inform you of our operational plans at The Bill Luke Automotive Group of Dealerships.  The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.  We are taking immediate actions in order to keep our customers and employees safe in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Bill Luke Tempe – Alfa Romeo & Fiat and Bill Luke Santan will continue to operate at their regular business hours for sales and service, in order to serve our customers. With that said, we are taking necessary precautionary measures that will keep our customers and employees safe, as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As an organization, we have switched over to medical grade cleaning and sanitizing products for our entire organization. Our cleaning staff each night will be utilizing the medical grade cleaning solution to sanitize all surfaces, door handles, computers and telephones. Additionally, we have extra cleaning solution that each department will have on hand to wipe down the surfaces throughout the day.  After all test drives, will be wiping down the steering wheels, gear shifts and other surfaces in the vehicles.  Finally, our golf carts will be wiped down regularly throughout the day for on lot transportation.

You Have the Option to Buy Online:

With advancements in technology, we are able to offer our customers a way to buy their vehicles online from the comfort of your home. And, during this uncertain time, Bill Luke Autos has made the decision to waive delivery charges to all residents within 50 miles of our Bill Luke stores. Which makes it easy to click, buy and deliver directly to your door.

Service – We Have Alternative Transportation:

For our Service customers who may not feel comfortable waiting for their vehicle to be repaired, we do offer several alternative transportation services.  Our FREE Shuttles are available and wiped down after each transportation. If the shuttle vans are occupied, we will offer a Lyft ride, at Bill Luke’s expense, to your destination and returning to the dealership.  Finally, there is Enterprise Rent-A-Car on site, if you need alternative transportation for a longer period you can conveniently rent a vehicle here.  Enterprise is also taking extra sanitary precautions in wiping down each vehicle when turned in. And, we do have Lyft or Uber that is available as well.

While there is still a question of when this pandemic will subside, one thing for certain is that our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety is still our number one priority. We will be sure to update you if we experience any changes as an organization that will affect your car buying experience as we receive any new information. We believe that we are in this together, and in that same spirit, we will get through this together.
