Chrysler Brings New Meaning to "Imported from Detroit"

Chrysler is gaining more attention each day with its edgy "Imported from Detroit" ads, and here at Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge we couldn't be more thrilled. The American automaker has a bold statement to make with their new tagline, and as more people catch on to the timeless luxury and superb quality found in vehicles like the Chrysler 300C, the more chances there will be for meaningful growth within the company.

Take for instance the fact that Maserati has recently approached Chrysler to manufacture its new SUV, the Kubang. For those of you who don't know, Maserati is owned by Fiat, who controls a 58.5-percent stake in Chrysler. So while one could say that the American automaker is a rather convenient choice for Maserati to turn to, we also know that Detroit is gaining more traction each day as one of the best locations to produce an SUV.

Need proof of this notion? Sales are so strong that Chrysler has even gone as far as to recently announce plans to increase the workforce of its Jefferson North Assembly Plant. More specifically, they plan to add around 1,100 workers to the factory, which doesn't even account for the extra manpower that would be needed to take on the production of the Kubang. In other words, this latest endeavor would spell more jobs and more growth for the brand as a whole.

Of course, the question still remains about whether or not the newly designed Maserati Kubang will see a North American release. Perhaps part of this new deal will involve a Chrysler re-badging of the vehicle? Either way, you can count on Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge, located at 2425 W Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85015, to keep you updated on the latest surrounding this and other tidbits of Chrysler news.
