Chrysler Town & Country Named 'Best Family Hauler'...Again!

For the seventh year in a row, Detroit News Readers' Choice for 'Best Family Hauler' is none other than the Chrysler Town & Country. Not that we're particularly surprised - the Town & Country is an IIHS Top Safety Pick, and historically, one of best-selling minivans of all time.
Needless to say, we already knew what a great vehicle the 2012 Town & Country is. But this survey, conducted at the North American International Auto Show, asked consumers to pick their favorite minivan. And, according to Saad Chehab, Head, Chrysler Brand, this echoes industry sentiment. He says, "Chrysler has been the lead innovator in the minivan segment for over 20 years, and the Detroit News Readers' Choice Award for Best Family Hauler demonstrates that consumers continue to take notice."1
Among the things they're noticing: standard DVD player and leather seating, and 40 available safety and security technologies. Standard safety features include rear backup camera, electronic stability control, Brake Assist and traction control, as well as an advanced airbag system. And, on the Town & Country Limited, Chrysler has even thrown in a heated steering wheel that will automatically turn on if the temperature is 40 degrees or below.
That's just a sampling of all of the superior design and functionality features you'll find in the 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. Want to see more?
